A shared van is typically the cheapest shuttle, an ideal option for the budget traveler who doesn’t mind waiting a bit longer to get to their destination. This shuttle stops at an average of 2-4 locations, picking up other travelers on the way to the final stop. Depending on where in the route your stop falls, you’ll be dropped off or picked up accordingly.
The private van brings affordable luxury to the table, as it goes directly to your destination from your pick-up spot. Although it’s more costly than a shared van, the private van is convenient for medium-sized groups as it can fit between 7 to 11 people, depending on the van. It also shortens your wait time and transportation time as it doesn’t stop for other passengers on the way to your destination.
Booking/Cancelling Reservations
Cancellations are easy as long as they’re done before the cancellation cut-off window. The cancellation window for each specific provider can be seen on the search results page, by clicking on the green text “Free Cancellations”. The cancellation policy will also be shown on the checkout page under the "Complete Reservation" button. It can also be seen on your receipt.
To cancel, just click on the cancellation option in the help section to get started. You will be refunded in full - no charges or fees!
Note: Each vehicle provider sets their own cancellation window policy. We apologize, but we cannot refund any cancellations made after this cancellation policy window.
To book a reservation, simply put in your desired pick-up and drop-off address as well as the date you want your shuttle. The earlier you book your reservation, the more options you’ll have to choose from. Reservations are paid in full.
If you book a shuttle less than 6 hours in advance of the pick-up time, the reservation will be non-refundable.

Landing At The Airport
The shuttle providers monitor the flight status based on the information you provide, so in case of a flight delay, the shuttle will adjust accordingly and will pick you up when your plane lands. To confirm your shuttle has the accurate pick-up information, call the number provided on the initial confirmation email.
Your airport pick-up location will be dependant on the specific shuttle provider you reserve. Some providers designate their location as the ticket counter, others use a curbside greeting or have a specific pick-up location. The details of your pick-up location will be on your confirmation email. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us.
Due to security considerations, most airports don’t allow shuttles to park and wait curbside. There are typically holding lots close by where the vans can wait until you are ready to be picked up. There may be a bit of wait time between your flight landing time and the shuttle arrival time depending on traffic, passenger stops and airport regulations.
Going to Airport
Be prepared to be picked up by the shuttle at the pre-designated time and place. The shuttle will arrive within the pick-up window. If you’re being shuttled to the airport, your driver will drop you off right outside the terminal from which you’re flying out.
Are you wondering when the shuttle will actually arrive at your designated pick-up spot? There is a 15-minute pick-up time window for the shuttle to arrive based on the initial time you’ve booked. For example, if you choose a pick-up time of 1 p.m., the shuttle will arrive between 1 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. Please be ready at the designated location so that your shuttle can continue on the route in a timely manner. During Ride
On average, shared shuttles will typically make 3-4 stops per route. The number of stops each shuttle makes on its route is dependent on the city and the shuttle size. The number can also change depending on the demand, with different times of the day and year. If you book a private van, there will only be one stop: your stop.
Your reservation will cover the full cost of your shuttle service, but gratuity is not included. Although tipping is not required, it is always appreciated by drivers. There is currently no option to tip through the website or when booking the reservation. If you’d like to tip your driver, you can always do so in person with cash.
Vehicle Policies
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under five must have a safety seat. The shuttle services do not currently offer safety seats for children, so if your child is under five or required by law to be in a safety seat, please provide one specific to your child’s needs.
Although we love animals, there are certain shuttle restrictions for animals for the safety of all shuttle passengers. Restrictions are also placed to ensure adequate space for people and for baggage.
All animals must be kenneled unless they weigh less than 25 pounds, in which case the animals can be carried on the lap during the shuttle ride. Animals over 25 pounds are not permitted to ride in shared shuttles and must be transported through a private, non-stop van.
These shuttle restrictions do not apply to service animals.
